TANBIGHUL-GHOFILLIN (PERINGATAN BAGI YANG LUPA)

Diriwayatkan saorang Nabi bermimpi……….beliau diarahkan supaya melakukan 5 perkara berikut:

1. Makan – gunong hitam - pergi ke gunung semakin kecil muat tapak tangan – makan – manis macam madu
2. Tanam – tekoh mas – tapi timbul – 3 x tanam timbul juga terus berjalan
3. Sembunyikan – burung pipit – mohon dilindungi dari dimakan oleh helang
4. Lepaskan – burung pipit- selepas dipotong daging peha sebagai ganti daging pipit kpd helang – helang beredar burung pipit dilepaskan.
5. Lari – lari dari bangkai -

Moral cerita

1. Gunung hitam melambangkan kemarahan – bersabar jangan cepat marah – telan marah – bertukar jadi manis- maknanya ada kebaikan kalau tahan marah.

2. Menanam Teko mas melambangkan kebaikan yang kita buat – lambat laun orang ketahui juga

3. Sembunyikan burung pipit yang mohon perlindungan – melambangkan menolong menjaga amanah wp kita korbankan kepentingan diri dan memberikan hak kepada orang berhak menerimanya.(Bagi Helang Burung pipit adalah rezeki/makanan baginya).

4. Lepaskan burung pipit selepas burung helang beredar mengambarkan membantu keselamatan amanah terjaga selepas segala rintangan dapat diselesaikan.

5. Lari dari bangkai menggambarkan bila ada dua orang atau lebih membicarakan keburukan seseorang seolah-olah majlis itu busuk seperti bangkai maka elok jauhkannya.

Semoga menjadi iktbar kepada kita semua.

A very high degree is needed to ensure that the aircraft is operated to its maximum capability. Professional standard is beyond criticism. By experience, foresight and careful planning captain can anticipate difficult situations deal with them successfully and appreciate any limitations there may be in his aircraft, equipment and crew.

MORALE CHARACTERS

PERSONALITY Distinction of personal character. Integrity must be unquestionable and beyond reproach. Exemplary, patience, cheerful and adjust his personality to achieve complete harmony with his crew.

TENACITY mental stamina-ability to think clearly and act decisively and quickly in emergency.Determination, desire and ability to see difficult matter through a successful conclusion in spite of apparently overwhelming odd.

LOYALTY Must be loyal to his superiors and subordinate alike, and must be manifestly sincere.

SENSE OF RESPONSIBILITY Each member must be made aware the importance of his own task. Captain should take detail interest in the individual task to offer advice, valid criticism and most importantly he should know where information is available from each one.

COURAGE Two kinds MENTAL/MORAL and PHYSICAL. Courage is an effort of will to overcome fear. Ability to stick to the job to the end despite injury, privation and approaching death. Moral courage is reflected in the attitude of mind required to make JUST but unpopular decisions.

NORTH POLE MOON

A scene you will probably never get to see, so take a moment and enjoy God at work at the North Pole. This is the sunset at the North Pole with the moon at its closest point. And, you also see the sun below the moon. An amazing photo and not one easily duplicated. You may want to save this and pass on to others.

Mt. St. Helens continues to spew ash, while it is forming a lava dome in the crater and still having minor tremors.

Here in this sunrise shot above and below, she appears to be blowing smoke rings (and anything so benign is welcomed, given recent history).

What forms the "smoke rings" is the air flowing over the mountain getting pushed up higher as it goes up and over the top. The moisture content and initial temperature are just right so that the moisture condenses from a vapor to small particles at the higher altitude.

When the moving air moves past the peak and comes down again, the particles evaporate back to an invisible vapor.
The two "pancakes" describe that there are two layers of air for which this is happening, thus making these awesome pictures possible..
